- Participation in Avyanna is open to all UG medical students and interns, PAN India; and to all students coming under the umbrella of Symbiosis International University (all campuses across India).
- Note- PG students of Medical are not allowed.
- The registration of all events shall be done through the official website of Avyanna.
- All registrations must be completed within the specified deadlines.All registrations must be completed within the specified deadlines.
- Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid in full to confirm participation.
- By registering for the events, the participant is giving consent to abide by the code of conduct of SMCW campus, and all the rules and regulations set by the organisation.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Symbiosis strictly condemns the use of any kind of substance abuse, and any participant, if found under the influence of any intoxication, will not be tolerated.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms.
- NO REFUNDS in case of the participant's absence. In case of cancellation from our end, the registration amount shall be refunded.
